About The Soy Powder Extraction Process
The Non-GMO Soy Extract is a protein extract obtained by water emulsion of dehulled whole soybeans, with an adequate heat treatment in order to inactivate anti-nutritional
elements. The soluble fraction is concentrated and spray-dried. The extract
powder is presented as a fine yellowish powder, free of additional ingredients and any chemical additive.
The raw material used to produce the extract
has the NON-GMO CERTIFICATION (less than
0,1%).

Suggested Uses
The suggested use for powdered soy extract is for replacing animal milk. This
may include lactose free and Kosher restrictions. I can be used in place of
lactose or milk in biscuits, breads, soups, tofu, creamse, ice creams, desserts
and anything else free of lactose, casein and gluten.
Packaging
The Soy Extract is packed in a polyethylene bag and a multilayered Kraft paper
bag. Standard bag size is 25 Kilograms approximately 55 Lbs.
It can be packaged with the clients brand and local language if required.
Minimum Order Quantity
Due to the low density of the powder it is recommended that only 40' (40 foot) containers are used. We can ship multiple containers per month. This is for bulk and wholesale purchase only.
